News: The Flash lands a director!

Seems that The Flash has found its director. But who could that be? Click to find out.

According to Deadline, The Flash's new director is Rick Famuyiwa. Wow. What a combination of names.

Famuyiwa's directorial feature length films include Dope, Brown Sugar, Our Family Wedding, and The Wood. Yeah, I haven't seen any of those films.

Anyone who knows me knows I'm a huge fan of the Flash. He's arguably my favorite superhero, so this is very important to me. From what I understand, he's a good director who has a somewhat unique style of film making. And that's what I think this movie will need. So if he's got the talent, I say go for it. Still, though, can't for the life of me understand why they don't just use the TV universe. Grant Gustin is a perfect Barry Allen. Oh well. We'll see what happens.

The Flash is currently scheduled for a March, 2018 release and stars Ezra Miller as the titular Scarlet Speedster.

Until next time, folks.
